Car rental booking
My experience with the car rental company was an absolute nightmare. Ordering a car was a total disaster - the website was a mess, options were limited, and the prices were sky-high. Finally booking a car was a struggle, and the service was just plain bad. Customer support was not helpful, the pick-up process was confusing, and the car itself was in terrible shape. On top of that, pricing was deceiving with hidden fees and surprise charges everywhere. And let's not even talk about the delivery...or lack of it. I had to wait for hours for the car to be ready, causing me to miss important appointments and waste valuable time. All in all, it was a truly awful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
