Socks in specific color

Even though I've been a loyal customer, they wouldn't even give me a discount on my next purchase. First order, next day delivery
I tried out the live chat on their website and it was fine, but that's about the only good thing to say. I placed an order for next day delivery, only to later find out they claimed the payment had failed. I never got any notification or explanation from them, which I think is pretty unprofessional. I checked with my bank and everything was good on my side. It's fishy that the payment problem only popped up after I got a confirmation email and they already accepted my card details.
