Smartphone purchase
I bought a smartphone from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was let down by their lack of warranty. They don't offer any sort of guarantee on their products, and that just doesn't sit right with me. Nowadays, it's crucial for customers to feel secure in their purchases, knowing they'll be looked after if something goes awry. If having a warranty is important to you, I'd steer clear of buying from this company.
