I really like the stuff I get from this company, especially the leggings. They’re super comfy, fit great, and last a while. But I’ve had trouble with the bra sizes. No matter what size I picked, it just never fit right. It's been a pain trying to find one that works for me.

Air purifier
I just bought an air purifier from this company and boy was it a huge disaster. I thought it was in stock when I ordered it, but it was actually backordered. No one even bothered to reach out and let me know about the delay, so I ended up waiting for over a month before I had to call and ask what was up with my order. When I finally got through to customer service, they told me my order had been cancelled without even telling me. And to top it all off, they were super rude when I asked why. Just an overall awful experience.

The watch I ordered finally got here in one piece and looking good. Packaging was all good too, which was a nice surprise after dealing with them before. Hopefully, they can keep this up in the future. I'm happy with this delivery and hoping they can fix up any problems with my last order soon.

Buying a faulty coat
I just bought a coat from this store, and when it showed up with problems, I was pretty let down. When I tried to get some help and ask for a refund, the customer service folks I talked to were not very helpful and didn't seem to know what they were doing. No matter how much I tried to explain the situation, they just kept giving me unclear answers. It's really annoying when you deal with such bad service when all you wanted was an easy fix to a problem that wasn't even your fault. This whole thing has got me wondering if I should even bother shopping at this place again.
