Dress, event, shipping upgrade
I got this really cute dress for this event I have coming up, but I was kinda stressing out that it wouldn't get here in time with regular shipping. So I sent an email to customer service asking if I could switch to express shipping, and they did it for me for free! The person helping me was super nice and did me a solid. I am so grateful for the great customer service experience!

Subscription overcharged
I bought a subscription and they charged me too much. When I contacted customer service, I felt like they were avoiding giving me a straight answer. It was irritating to hear that they needed more info from some mysterious department to give me a refund. So, I decided to just cancel my subscription because of the bad customer service. If you're gonna sign up for something at a certain price, you shouldn't have to deal with getting overcharged more than once.

The guy at the rental car place was really friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know about renting a car. He even gave us a brand new car to drive! And get this - since our flight was delayed, he let us pick up the car the next day instead. How awesome is that?

I got two corgis and man, they are some picky eaters. But let me tell you, they go crazy for the food from this place. Before, they would only eat half of their food and leave the rest. Now, they chow down on every single meal and even lick their bowls clean. It's such a relief to finally find a brand that they actually like and eat without giving me a hard time.
