BV9100
Pros:
-13000 mAH battery life
-Fast charging
-Very durable. End up dropping it at work and no other phone would hold up to the environment, especially without a case.
-Does most of what I want for the price.
-Their Amazon store is convenient.
Cons:
-Charging port stopped working without nearly destroying charging cables after 9 months(way you have to angle them is rough on them)
-Contacted customer service weeks ago, still haven't heard back. No phone number to contact, email only, which is annoying at best and kind of sketchy at worst. I'm about ready to just take it to Best Buy and see if it'll cost more to fix it than it would be to get me a new phone.
-No 3.5mm audio jack
I may get a different model, perhaps because batteries that huge may come with problems with various parts so I may need to take a hit to battery life to have a phone that will last me years. However if I can find a similar battery life on a 5g phone with a headphone jack for $500 tops, I may just go that route instead. Perhaps I may just need to find a different brand altogether.Review about: blackview
BV9700 pro
I must give them a poor review. Service is non-existent. No-one answers the chats, and takes two days to get an email answer. I have problems using wi-fi calls and generally with calls. Have to restart phone several times a day. Of course I live in the mountains, but my 5 year old droid turbo 2 had very little issues, till the buttons broke. Anyway, the blackview will drop calls, or not make calls, when I know I am in a place with good cell service, like sitting in the parking lot in front of the Kroger. It is a study phone, but I dont usually drop or abuse my phones like other people. Very disappointed. Now in Guam and no service, cell or data. According to the website , the phone should roam here. Of course Blackview does not answer the chat. I would give them one star on support .
