    Rechargeable toothbrush

    I recently bought a rechargeable toothbrush from this company because I've been a loyal customer for years. Sadly, I was really let down by the product. It was supposed to hold a charge for 3 months after just one charge, but both brushes I bought lost their charge within 2 months of use. It was a big hassle and made me doubt the quality of the product. When I contacted customer service about it, they offered to replace the toothbrush instead of giving me a refund for the faulty product. This lack of responsibility and resolution left me even more disappointed. Because of this bad experience, I switched to using an Oral-B 1000 electric brush.

    Conical burr coffee grinder

    The conical burr coffee grinder from this company really let me down when it comes to handling dark roast coffee beans. I had high hopes after seeing their marketing, but the product just can't seem to grind dark roast beans effectively. When I reached out to the company with my feedback, they only offered a discounted refund instead of actually fixing the issue in their marketing materials. It's frustrating to realize that I have to thoroughly clean the upper burr, lower burr, and discharge notch after every use just to grind dark roast beans properly with this grinder. They definitely didn't make this maintenance requirement clear in their marketing. Overall, it seems like this company cares more about making money than making their customers happy.

    Walking shoes purchase

    I bought a pair of walking shoes from this brand not too long ago, and I have to say, it's been a pretty disappointing experience. The quality of the shoes is just not up to par - after only wearing them regularly for a few months, the upper started tearing and the sole even came off. It's really frustrating, especially since this brand is known for being top-notch and their products aren't cheap.

    Order placed on June 22nd - still waiting for delivery

    Man, it's been a real nightmare dealing with this place and trying to get my order. I placed it on June 22nd, and here we are on July 12th, still waiting for something that was supposed to ship on July 2nd. And to top it off, they split my order in two, and the second half hasn't even shipped! I called customer service, and they told me nothing has been shipped. Come on, it's not like my stuff is coming all the way from China or something. This is just crazy.

    Project kit with lots of wires and LED's

    When I first got my project kit, I was so excited to see all the different wires and LED's and diodes that came with it! It was like opening up a treasure chest full of possibilities. I spent hours playing around with the circuits and making some really cool creations. I even tried to guess what would happen with different configurations. And whenever I had a question, I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this project kit to all of my friends! 👍

    Sonic toothbrush malfunction

    My electric toothbrush stopped working after my vacation. I was really bummed because I use it every day for my teeth cleaning routine. So, I shot an email to customer service. To my surprise, this lady named Jessica got back to me within 8 hours. She was super helpful and went out of her way to help me out. Jessica gave me clear steps on how to send back my broken toothbrush and quickly sent me a new one. I was really impressed by how much she cared about making sure I was happy, even working after hours. A big shoutout to Jessica and the team for going above and beyond with their customer service!

    Renewed phone purchase

    I recently bought a refurbished phone and it was awesome. The phone looked almost brand new - no scratches at all. And setting it up was a breeze, no issues there. I didn't even pay for overnight shipping, but I got a text from FedEx saying it would be at my door the next day, and I had to sign for it. That was a nice surprise! They were super fast.
