Leather bag purchase
I recently bought this fancy leather bag from the store, thinking it would be super nice and well-made. But man, was I let down! After using it for less than a month, the leather started tearing at the corners and the inside was flimsy and couldn't even hold my phone and wallet right. I can't believe the lack of quality in this so-called "designer" bag. I feel totally ripped off and frustrated that I wasted my money on it.

I just bought my last suit from this company. I've always loved their high-quality suits, but I was bummed to learn that they don't ship from Canada anymore. Now I had to pay a ton for UPS shipping, which nearly tripled the cost of the suit. It's a bummer, but I won't be buying from them again because of these unexpected expenses.

Double power recliner purchase
Man, buying that double power recliner for over $3,000 was such a letdown. It took a crazy long 8 months for it to finally get delivered, and now, after just 22 months, the fabric is falling apart. Like, it's all pilled up and there's even a spot where it's completely worn through. And even though the sales rep said sorry, the one-year warranty doesn't cover this kind of damage. No way we're buying anything from this store again, that's for sure.

Birthday shoes, too small
I recently bought a pair of shoes for my friend's 80th birthday, but they turned out to be too small for her. She was really excited about them, but they just didn't fit. I tried reaching out to customer service at the store to exchange them for a bigger size, but they were not helpful at all. They kept saying they would help, then hung up on us. My friend is 80 years old and battling cancer, and this situation is really stressing her out. Her birthday was ruined, and I am very disappointed in how the store's customer service team handled it. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years, so I expected better treatment. This whole experience has been awful, and as a result, I won't be shopping at that store again.

I just bought a t-shirt and a hoodie from this store for the first time. Right after I ordered them, I checked out the reviews and got a little nervous seeing some negative ones. I just bought a denim jacket from Maison De Fashion and at first, I was a little worried about the price. But when I talked to the customer service team, they actually gave me a price match which was pretty cool. I did have a small issue with getting a response about the price match, which was a bit annoying. But I have to say, the denim jacket was just like they said it would be on the website. So overall, I was happy with the product.

I ordered that Liquid Chlorophyll stuff, but man, the bottles were packaged so badly that they leaked during shipping. I reached out to the company and they said they'd send me a replacement, but it's been like a month and nada. I gave them all the info they asked for and even sent pics of the mess, but they're ghosting me on the phone and email. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying from this company.

I bought a bracelet for my daughter's friend's birthday from this jewelry company not too long ago. The bracelet was nice, but the whole experience left me feeling let down. To top it off, the final cost of the bracelet, shipping, and surprise import fees was way more than I budgeted for. I tried reaching out to the company about my issues, but they never got back to me.
