Christmas present order
Wow, I was so pleasantly surprised by my recent experience ordering a Christmas present. The package came in perfect condition and even arrived earlier than I thought, which was such a nice surprise since I live all the way out in Australia. I'm definitely gonna be coming back to this company for more orders in the future.

Custom wedding sign
I recently bought a custom sign for my wedding from this company to give it a special touch. Unfortunately, I found out someone else accidentally made the same order. I tried to fix it by reaching out to customer service to cancel my order, but I never heard back after many tries. It was super frustrating to be ignored and told they wouldn't cancel the order before even starting to make it. This bad customer service and refusal to help with a simple request really turned me off, and I won't be suggesting this company to others in the future.

Mascara and eye shadow
I found out about this website from a worker at a beauty supply store and I've been getting my makeup from here for the past couple of years. The prices are reasonable and the quality is pretty good. I'm no expert when it comes to makeup, but I always manage to find what I need for mascara and eye shadow. They offer a wide variety of eye shadow options and some nice brushes too. Orders usually go out pretty quickly through USPS, which is awesome. I haven't really had any big problems that made me reach out to customer service, so I can't really speak on that. One drawback is that they don't seem to restock items quickly, or maybe things just sell out fast.

Purchased gift subscription
I just bought a gift subscription for my grandkids and let me tell you, I am so impressed with the customer service from this company. I was worried about my granddaughter getting the same crates if she had more than one subscription, but the customer service rep quickly took care of all my concerns. It was nice to hear about all the steps the company takes to prevent that from happening. My grandkids really enjoy the Kiwi crates they get - they think they're fun, cool, and come with everything they need. I can definitely say that getting these crates as a gift for kids is always a great idea.

Over $100 worth of laundry products
I bought a bunch of laundry stuff the other day, and turns out they got recalled 'cause of bacteria. I only got a measly $20 refund from some other company involved in the recall mess. But the real bummer is that the actual company hasn't said a word about my worries. Mistakes happen, sure, but how they deal with customers in rough times says a lot about what matters to them.

Undelivered gift item
I'm really upset about how bad the customer service is from this company. I tried to get help with a delivery problem for a gift I was going to give, but no one has gotten back to me yet. And now, not only has the gift not shown up, but it's too late to give it. And on top of that, they already took my money, so I have nothing to show for it.

I gotta say, I was really impressed by my latest buy from this company. Like, the shipping was crazy fast, and the packaging was just gorgeous. And when I finally opened the box, I couldn't believe how soft and lightweight that cashmere scarf was. The Moon rock color is just spot on for throwing over your shoulder, it totally steps up any outfit with a little touch of class. Seriously, I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase!

Recent sneaker purchase
I just bought some sneakers and man, they are terrible. No support, super uncomfortable. I've been buying from this company forever, loving their classic style, but this buy was just bad. The sizing was wrong, no support at all, and the quality was just not the same as before. Tried to get some help, but got no response. So frustrating and disappointing to see them skimping on quality for the sake of cutting costs.

Holiday outfit
I just bought a holiday outfit from this store and honestly, it was a letdown. The sizing was all wrong, way too small. It was like a size 7/8 instead of my usual size. With my Holiday Parade coming up soon, I had to find something else quickly. So, I went to another store and found a perfect outfit that actually fit me right. The one from this store was a total disappointment. My experience there was not great overall.

Clothing purchase
I ordered some clothes from this website not too long ago and let me tell ya, it was a total mess. The stuff I got was nothing like what they showed online - the quality was trash and didn't look anything like the pictures. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, all I got were these unhelpful robot replies that didn't even touch on what I was saying. It's pretty obvious that this company is straight up tricking people and selling crappy stuff.

Trainers with poor quality and customer service
I bought a pair of sneakers from your store not too long ago, and I was really let down by the quality. After just 4 weeks, the stitching on the shoes started coming loose, which really bummed me out. I reached out to customer service for help, but it took them over 10 days to get back to me. We went back and forth a few times, and even though I asked for a replacement, they kept offering me a 50% refund. In the end, they told me they don't do replacements, and only offered a refund. Plus, they wouldn't cover the postage for sending back the faulty pair. Dealing with all of this was frustrating and took up a lot of my time. Other companies handle these kinds of issues much better. I'm not happy with the customer service at all and won't be buying from your store again.
