IceLink is my favorite spot for finding one-of-a-kind gifts. They've got something for every occasion and I just love how unique their items are. The customer service there is top-notch. As someone who runs a retail business, I can really respect the level of care the staff puts into helping customers. They're super friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to lend a hand. I definitely suggest IceLink to anyone in need of a special gift.

Monthly subscription service
I totally know what you mean. I signed up for this monthly subscription thing and they kept charging my card but not sending me what I was supposed to get. I tried getting in touch with their customer service about the missing items, but it took them forever to get back to me. And when they finally did, the stuff they sent was cheap and not even worth what I paid. I've been trying to sort this out since September, and they still owe me for two months of stuff. I am so fed up with how they don't communicate or act professionally. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from them.
