Purchased a high-end fashion item
My trip to Harvey Nichols was kind of a rollercoaster. I bought this fancy fashion thing, but when it showed up, a part of it was MIA. I hit up customer service right away to sort it out, and they said they'd look into it. But six weeks went by, crickets. I had to bug them again, letting them know I was pretty bummed with the radio silence on that missing piece. Finally, they offered me some cash back, but I wasn't exactly jumping for joy about it.

Sunglasses purchase
I just got some sunglasses from this online shop, and even though I got a discount code to help with the surprise fees, there are a few things I think they could do better. They didn't give enough heads up about the extra fees, like some other sites do. Also, the shipping cost of £14 seems kind of steep compared to other places in Italy that charge £9 or less. And I was bummed that the sunglasses didn't come with a case.

Legging Purchase
The customer service at both the Yonkers and Bay Plaza locations was amazing. The staff knew their stuff and really helped me out, so I'd give them an A++ rating. However, I had a problem with the leggings I bought. I got three pairs online, but they weren't what I expected when they arrived. Shopping online was different than in person, so I had to return them. I think there should be more variety in the leggings, especially in the leg cut. I'd love to see a straight leg option that's not tapered at the ankle, more like yoga pants. The wide leg design doesn't look good on everyone, including myself, so something different would be great. The pockets on the leggings were cool, but I'd prefer a straight leg design for more styling flexibility, like wearing boots without them getting bunched up. Overall, I'm happy with the customer service, but I hope they offer more legging options to fit different body types and preferences.

I recently ordered some CBD products and noticed that the website had a nice new look. Unfortunately, all my account info was gone, but the awesome folks in customer service were able to help me recover it and also made sure to save my points. The redesigned website is really modern and makes it so much simpler to navigate and find what you're looking for. There are also more options and detailed info for each product, which is a great improvement. I just hope that the THC-free products are still as effective as they were before.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience with buying a muscle-building supplement recently. The ordering part was easy-peasy, no issues there. But when it came to actually trying the product, big disappointment. The label said "Anavar," but turns out there was no Ox in those tabs. I haven't seen any results yet, even with my EAA and Creatin Nitrat stack. It's a total letdown, just smoke and mirrors really. They need to change the name of that product, no joke.

I ordered a pretty white dress in January. I got it about 30days later. OMG! It's the size of a blouse. My whole order merchandise size XL would only fit a size 1. I tried to wear the shoes but the tongue came off in my hand. (trash) My order total was $300.48... To return the merchandise, the Post Office wanted $95. I asked for return label but have not received it. I used my American Express. My billed showed Paypal as the middle merchant. No one helps.
They r big scam every one here is telling ill about them. It’s useless to return product by spending more money
