Beauty items purchase with free gift
I recently bought some beauty products online and got a cosmetic bag with samples as a free gift. But when my order arrived, the free gift was missing. I called customer service and they told me it was being sent separately. I was happy that at least my paid items came in the first package, but it was annoying not to have been told about the split shipment. Finally, the free gift did show up, but the whole thing left me feeling let down because of the lack of clear communication.

Photontek sq300 purchase
I recently bought a photontek sq300 from GrowersHouse. The light is awesome, but I ran into some problems with it after 6 weeks. Dealing with Photontek to get a replacement was a real pain. It took them a week to get back to GrowersHouse and another 2 weeks to get back to me. I had to fill out 4 different contact forms, and even with Next Day Air shipping, it still took 3 weeks to get a replacement. For how much I paid for the light and how long it took to get a replacement, I was pretty let down and frustrated with the whole situation.

I've only been using this product for about 2.5 weeks now. It's been pretty good so far - came in a nice package with easy-to-follow instructions, and the company even sends me helpful messages. Hey y'all, I'm an American working abroad and I was trying to buy some stuff for my family back home. But dang, I hit a snag when I tried to place an order with Pleasant Hill Grain. They straight up said no because I'm using an overseas credit card and bank. It really got me feeling frustrated and let down because every other place I've shopped at in the US had no problem taking my international payment method.
They told me I had to take a day off and go to my bank to set up a wire transfer for $280, plus pay extra fees. Seemed like a lot of unnecessary hassle to me. In today's world, businesses should be able to handle transactions from customers all over, including us American folks working abroad. Pleasant Hill Grain's old-school payment rules really messed up my plans to buy gifts for my family, so I hope they'll update their system soon so everyone can shop with ease, no matter where they're from.Review about: JD Sports

I had a pretty good experience getting my bloodwork done through this service. The only issue I had was with scheduling the blood draw at first. After I asked for the bloodwork, nobody got in touch with me to set up a day for the draw like they said they would. I had to reach out to customer service myself after waiting for more than a week. But, even with that bump in the road, I found the customer service folks to be helpful and quick to respond. The person who ended up drawing my blood was really nice and professional, which made the whole thing easy and painless. I was happy with how quickly I got my blood work results back. The customer service at this online eyewear store was seriously awesome! I gotta give a shoutout to Phyllis for really going the extra mile to make sure all my needs were taken care of quickly.
