Pool cleaner parts purchase
I recently bought some pool cleaner parts from this company and had a really good experience. The customer service was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I ordered online and it came pretty quickly, only took a few days. I even got to talk to one of their employees on the phone, and they really knew their stuff and helped me out. I was really impressed with how much they cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I'll definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.
Pool cleaner purchase
I just bought a pool cleaner from this store and I gotta say, I am super happy with it. It's been a game-changer in keeping my pool looking great. It does a great job cleaning the bottom and getting rid of any debris. The only issue is that it has a little trouble with the steps and ledges, but it's not a big deal and doesn't really impact how well it works. The delivery was on time and the price was right. I definitely suggest this pool cleaner to anyone looking for something dependable.

I ordered a part for my pool vacuum thinking it was gonna be the right one, but turns out it was different. The picture online was a little confusing, but I reached out to Steve Holt through some emails, and he was super helpful. In the end, everything worked out and I had a good experience.
Pool vacuum purchase
I got my pool vacuum from Pool Vac Parts and it came on time and in good shape. It's been working well and doing a great job of keeping my pool clean. But, I was a little confused by the way they priced things. The US price was different from the Australian price, and the Australian price was a lot higher even after factoring in the exchange rate. The breakdown of charges was hard to follow, with separate shipping costs in US dollars that were converted back and forth on my credit card statement. It was frustrating. I wish they had given a clearer explanation for these extra costs. Also, I was bummed when I got the wrong instruction manual with my order and was initially told there wasn't a correct one available. Luckily, I found and downloaded the right manual from the manufacturer's website. Overall, the product itself is good, but I wasn't too happy with the service from Pool Vac Parts.
Pump motor purchase
I ordered a pump motor from this shop, but they sent me the wrong one. I called to let them know, and the lady was friendly and asked for pictures so they could fix it. I followed her instructions, and she said she'd get back to me the next day. However, she never did, so I had to call her back myself two days later. She then said she'd send the correct part and a return label for the wrong one. The new part worked fine, but they forgot to include the return label. After several calls, they promised to email it to me, but it's been days, and I still haven't gotten it. Pretty lousy communication and customer service in my opinion.
Tune-up kit purchase
I bought a tune-up kit for my pool vac, thinking I could fix it up, but the housing was completely busted. When I checked out the return policy, I was shocked to see a 20% restocking fee plus I'd have to pay for shipping it back. Absolutely not! I'll just hold onto this kit and maybe use it if I end up getting a new vac down the line.
