    Pool vacuum purchase

    I got my pool vacuum from Pool Vac Parts and it came on time and in good shape. It's been working well and doing a great job of keeping my pool clean. But, I was a little confused by the way they priced things. The US price was different from the Australian price, and the Australian price was a lot higher even after factoring in the exchange rate. The breakdown of charges was hard to follow, with separate shipping costs in US dollars that were converted back and forth on my credit card statement. It was frustrating. I wish they had given a clearer explanation for these extra costs. Also, I was bummed when I got the wrong instruction manual with my order and was initially told there wasn't a correct one available. Luckily, I found and downloaded the right manual from the manufacturer's website. Overall, the product itself is good, but I wasn't too happy with the service from Pool Vac Parts.

    Moving into my new rental home

    You guys, Belong Home is hands down the worst company ever. I was so excited to move into a nice place, but boy was I wrong. From the moment I got the keys, it was one disaster after another. The house was a total mess - bugs everywhere, toilets not working, dishwasher was installed all wrong, and there was a random slab of granite in the garage. It was like a nightmare. And let me tell you about the lack of communication - Belong Home totally ghosted us multiple times, it's ridiculous. And don't even get me started on how they lied to the owner about us. It's just all bad. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place, trust me.

    Warranty claim purchase

    I had to file a warranty claim for a product that was acting up. Everything went pretty smoothly, from putting in the claim to getting a new product. But I was bummed when they told me I had to fork over another $90 to box up the old stuff to send back. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to have to pay for boxing up something that's not working right.

    I'm so annoyed with this online shopping mess. I ordered stuff forever ago and haven't heard anything since. I've emailed customer service a bunch of times and haven't heard back at all. I feel like I'm in the dark here, wondering if this company is even legit or if I got scammed. I've double, triple, quadruple checked all my info and still can't find anything about my order. This lack of communication and transparency is just not okay.

    Costume purchase

    I recently bought a costume from this company and I've had a bunch of issues that have left me pretty unhappy. First off, there weren't any real reviews on their site, so it was tough for me to know if I was making a good choice. And then I found out that the company's real address is in a whole different country than what's on their site, which was pretty confusing. On top of all that, I ordered my costume way back on August 22, 2020, and I still haven't gotten it. My order status still says it's "awaiting fulfillment". This late delivery and lack of clear info about where it's coming from has me feeling disappointed and second-guessing if this company can really be trusted.
