    Gaming chair gas lift replacement

    I had a problem with the gas lift on my gaming chair after using it for a few months. Even though I didn't exceed the weight limit, the chair kept sinking down overnight, messing with how it worked. I contacted the customer service team at the company for help, and they were super quick and nice about fixing the problem.     Faulty chair

    I bought a chair from this company not too long ago and was bummed to see a little cut in the backrest and one of the armrests wouldn't even move. I reached out to customer service and was happy with how quickly they got back to me and how smoothly they handled sending me a replacement. Jimin, the customer service rep I spoke with, was super nice and really made everything easy for me. It seems like those 1-star reviews are probably fake and just trying to make the company look bad.

    Warranty issue

    The seat mechanism on my chair broke while it was still under warranty, so I decided to contact the company to ask for a replacement. After going back and forth with them for months, I finally got an RMA number in July. However, it's now December and I still haven't received the replacement part. Every time I follow up with them, all I get is a "we'll check on it" kinda response with no real action being taken. It's really frustrating and disappointing to see this lack of accountability from a company that is supposed to back up its products.

    Man, I scored this awesome gaming chair and seriously, it's amazing! The packaging was legit cool, super easy to open and kept the chair safe. But then, there was this one screw that was being weird, so I reached out to customer support. They were on it in like 2 minutes, sending out a replacement screw that arrived crazy fast.     Alienware S5000 chair

    I just bought the Alienware S5000 chair and was a little bummed to see a tiny crack in one of the plastic pieces on the back. But when I talked to customer service about getting it fixed, they were super fast and sent me a whole new seat bottom right away. The customer service was top-notch the whole way through.     Alienware S5000 chair purchase

    I got the Alienware S5000 chair about a year ago. Just recently, the gas cylinder started acting up, but luckily it was still covered under warranty.     I have to admit, I wasn't sure about this company when I first checked them out. The website was all over the place, ordering was a hassle, and it took forever for my chair to show up.     Faulty chair piston replacement

    I bought a chair from you guys not too long ago, but the piston broke after using it for just a few months. I reached out to customer service for a replacement, but it has been months and I still haven't gotten it. It's pretty disappointing to not hear back and see no action from the company.     $400 Chair Purchase

    I bought this $400 chair from this company thinking it would be a good quality product, but boy was I wrong! The chair broke down after just 9 months. I tried to get it fixed or replaced under warranty, but they wouldn't help me out. Their products are terrible and their customer service is even worse. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company and their faulty products.

    Big chair for big guys

    I have this really huge chair that fits me just right. I can lean back in it as much as I want without any concerns. It's super comfortable and I absolutely adore it! Sometimes the mechanism might need fixing since I'm a big guy, but luckily the warranty and customer service are fantastic so everything is just fine.
