Free chocolates for my granddaughters
I had a problem with my chocolate delivery recently, but the company handled it really well. Even though DHL messed up in Costa Rica, zChocolat went out of their way to fix it by sending two boxes of chocolates to my granddaughters in the US. It was a really generous gesture that showed they care about making customers happy. I'm so thankful for their great customer service and for fixing the issue quickly. Human size circular nap bed
I just got a big round nap bed for my dogs to cozy up in, but I'm not too happy with it. The center memory foam is nice and comfy, but the outer bolster cushion is a letdown. It's made of a bunch of small pieces of foam wrapped in flimsy white nylon that tears easily. Trying to wash the bed cover is a nightmare because the foam bits go everywhere. Putting the cushion back in place is a hassle too, as more foam pieces keep falling out. It's a real pain and now the bed is pretty much useless.

I bought some clothes that were okay, but when I tried to return them, it was a mess. Nobody ever answered the phone or called me back, and the so-called "customer service manager" was really rude and not helpful at all. It was totally not okay and now I'm thinking twice about shopping there again. I would tell others to watch out for that kind of terrible customer service in the future.

Jimin, the customer service rep I spoke with, was super nice and really made everything easy for me. It seems like those 1-star reviews are probably fake and just trying to make the company look bad.
