Do not but from this company, they are presenting what appears to be high end, good quality dresses on their website, but the actual quality is made from cheap material and you might as well shop on AliExpress! They will not give you a refund even if they send you a faulty product, they only offer store credit and they are very aggressive and unyielding! Their legal team had the nerve to send me a threatening email because I had contacted my credit payment to raise a dispute because Alamour refused to give mea refund for selling a dress that did not look like what was on their website and was faulty. Any company that sells products online and does not offer full refund, is a big red flag! I think this company are fraudulent, they are copying pictures of high end dresses and making them cheap and I hope they get caught out and shut down! From reading other reviews online, I can see that I'm not the only one that had this experience with Alamour. Save your money and time, DO NOT buy from Alamour despite how nice the pictures of the dresses on their website are, you will lose your money and end up with a cheap, low quality dress and be stuck with their store credit.
