Leather jacket purchase
My time with this company was super disappointing. I bought a leather jacket that was supposed to be made from top-notch leather in the US, but when it finally came after two weeks, it was obvious that it wasn't true. The leather quality was really bad and cheap, not at all like what they said on the website. And the fact that they don't allow actual customer reviews to be posted says a lot about the credibility of the reviews on their site. It's pretty obvious that most, if not all, of the reviews are fake. In general, I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company.

Flight experience Seoul to London
I recently flew from Seoul to London on an international airline and ended up getting sick during the flight. The flight attendants really stepped up to help me out and make sure I was okay. One of them, Kim H.E, was especially caring and attentive. She kept giving me a hot water bottle and checking on me to see how I was doing. Kim's kindness and professionalism really made a big impact on my whole experience with the airline. I'm so thankful for her support during the 14-hour flight.

Reservation issue
I had a really bad experience with my reservation recently. I paid, got a confirmation, but never got the tickets. When I called the airline, they said they had no record of my reservation. I tried getting in touch through voicemails, emails, and chat, but got no reply. Finally, when someone picked up my call the next day, they wanted way more money than the stated price. Now I'm not sure if I'll get a refund. I suggest steering clear of this service to save yourself time and money.

Product received was not as ordered
My recent experience with that online store was really disappointing - I ended up getting something totally different from what I ordered. And when I tried to return it and talked to customer service, they were pretty unhelpful. It felt like they didn't really care about my concerns. Dealing with all that was just so frustrating - the company didn't seem to take any responsibility at all. I'll definitely have to think long and hard before buying from them again.

2 Orders, havent arrive yet (since 1 month)
First order (on september) never arrived and the tracking information still shows “In process by destination carrier”. I complained on Ryderwear support so they gave me a gift card to try again.
So i used the giftcard and added some money to buy other clothes.
And the same “In process by destination carrier” message is seen since November 13th. This time Ryderwear support asked me to contact directly the Shipping provider (why me?). Very sad about this. Not sure why good Instagram influencers are OK with this product if seems like fraud.Did you finally get your package? I have yet to Recieve my shoes I bought.
